Walk. Talk. Connect. Learn.
This October, let’s step outside together.
Join me for a free weekly community walk in Boise – a chance to move your body, enjoy the fall colors, meet other people, and have an open conversation about health and wellness.
We’ll gather at Harrison Hollow Trailhead every Wednesday in October from 9:00 – 9:45 AM.
You choose the conversation.
When you register, let me know what you’d like to talk about. We might discuss sleep, stress, the gut microbiome, metabolic health, hormones, longevity, nutrition, brain health – or whatever health-related question is on your mind.
No presentation. No agenda. Just a walk, a conversation, and an opportunity to connect.
Choose Your Wednesday
You can register for one Wednesday or all four: October 7, 14, 21 and 28.
Time: 9:00 – 9:45 AM
Meeting location: Harrison Hollow Trailhead parking lot
Cost: Free
What to Expect
- Free of charge
- Casual pace – this is a community walk, not a fitness class
- All questions welcome – bring your curiosity and the health topics you’ve been thinking about
- Come alone or bring a friend – you don’t need to know anyone beforehand
- Come prepared for the weather – please dress appropriately for October weather and wear comfortable walking or hiking shoes
- Trail conditions may change – if recent rain has made the Harrison Hollow trails vulnerable to erosion, we’ll move the walk to the Boise Greenbelt instead. We’ll notify registered participants if the location changes.
- No medical appointment required – this is an opportunity to learn, connect, move, and enjoy the outdoors together. It is not a substitute for individualized medical care.
